How we work

ICS believes that if given the chance, children and their communities are capable of achieving sustainable social change. Our role is to give them this chance; to enable children, adolescents, parents, caretakers, families, schools, and communities to act in the best interest of the child.

We call this process: Civic Driven Change (CDC), this people centered approach requires that individuals take control and address the problems in their own communities, and eventually become agents of thier own developments.
